Our products are designed for a lifetime of trouble free use in most applications. We warrant against defects in materials or workmanship provided that the treatment is measured and installed correctly in the window for which they were intended, for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. All warranties are manufacturer warranty and will be handled accordingly by the manufacturer. All repair or replacement claims will be processed to match original product specifications only, no changes to original specifications are allowed. All warranty issues will be addressed on a repair or replace basis only no refunds or returns are allowed. Not applicable on all products.
